Press Release: MICHAEL DOMINGUEZ JOINS TRANSERVICE AS VP OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS, PROCUREMENT AND FLEET MANAGEMENT

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. – July 18, 2023 – Transervice Logistics Inc., a leading provider of dedicated contract carriage and customized transportation solutions, has appointed Michael Dominquez to the new role of Vice President of Business Operations, Procurement and Fleet Management. He will be based in the company’s Chicago office.

Dominguez will be responsible for focusing on daily operations and forward-looking strategic initiatives in the areas of Maintenance, Procurement, Safety, Fleet Management and Operations Analytics & Standards.

Most recently, he was with PepsiCo where he had responsibility for over 80 locations, 10,000 road assets and over 8,500 pieces of MHE equipment. Prior to that, he was the head of National Fleet Operations for Paragon/Stevens Leasing, VP of Operations for Dillon Logistics and ran the fleet operations for DS Waters.

“Michael is an experienced leader with extensive business, financial and metrics skills,” said Gino Fontana, Transervice Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. “He also has experience with alternative and renewable fuel programs and holds multiple ASE certifications.”

A graduate of Triton College in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, the father of three resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Deborah.
