I have always been intrigued by how vehicles worked, even as a kid. Before joining the military as a wheeled vehicle mechanic, I did not have anyone to teach me how mechanical systems worked; so, I would work on broken-down cars to teach myself. However, my true passion for being a diesel mechanic was developed when I was in the Army, so I knew I wanted to stay in the field once I transitioned back into the civilian world. After 5 and a half years in the military, my goal was to learn more about advanced diagnostics, so I went to Universal Technical Institute, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance through Automotive, Diesel/Industrial and the Cummins certification programs. After graduating from school in 2016 I started working at Transervice out of the Houston, Texas location. Today, I still love this trade and continue to pursue every opportunity to learn more; furthermore, I currently hold several OEM certifications, ASE Master Certification, and ASE L2 Advanced Level Certifications.

I like to enjoy the great outdoors while fishing and shooting archery with my family in my free time. Also, a little fun fact, I can solve a Rubik’s cube in under a minute.

I am very thankful for my family because I spent a lot of time away to further my education and attend training to better myself; I would not be where I am today without their support. I would also like to thank Transervice for helping me grow as a technician with the ASE certification program and the unlimited access to training and mentoring that they have provided.
