Support sales, client and field requests to evaluate, analyze and improve upon route design scenarios.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and understand received data from multiple sources.
Consolidate and develop data for efficient system import.
Utilize technology, experience and best practices to develop efficient and achievable route models.
Analyze required resource utilization to match resulting design models.
Developing detailed reporting to present results.
Present reporting to team members, field users, executive management and clients.
Proactively evaluate industry trends, client requirements and technologies to ensure efficient processes.
Support financial development for sales and internal requests as needed.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma and four years related experience.
College degree preferred.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, financial reports and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or public groups.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Experienced user of route design program such as TMW Appian Direct Route, Descartes, Roadnet or similar.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk and listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may also lift and/or move up to 25 pounds when required. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision, which are used incessantly.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
